Suitiable for engines up to 150 HP, the Mini Gascolator utilises a unique bowl locking mechanism. A simple twist ant the bowl can be removed. This therefore allows for really easy maintainance and inspection of the internals of the Gascolator

To remove the filter simply grip the outside casing, 'wiggle it' and pull off. It is retained simply by an o-ring keeping it in. This can then be cleaned by washing in fuel or blowing off with air.

As with the other gascolators, the Mini has a top 1/8" NPT hole for a filtered primer line / pressure tapping. There is an 1/8" NPT on the lower part of the bowl for fitting a drain valve. Mounting holes are on the reverse side of the body, see spec sheet. This Gascolator also incorporates the self bleed so that no air can be trapped in the Gascolator.

The inlets and outlets of the Mini Gascolator are 1/4" NPT. These cannot be altered as they are machined directly in the body of the Gascolator.

The Gascolator is machined from solid bars of aircraft grade aluminium and Chromic anodised for corrosion resistance. The filter is alochromed and uses a PTFE coated 70 micron stainless steel mesh.
