I bought an Andair 3/8" Gascolator for use in my RV-6 with a fuel injected engine. Is it OK to plumb it on the pressure side of the electric boost pump? I guess the pressure is about 20-25 psi.
Yes. All of the Andair products have been designed to be used for high pressure fuel systems. When the GAS375 was pressure tested it could hold 1000psi with ease. The unit then ruptured at 1700psi.

Are there any special procedures to follow to clean the screen on my GAS375?
From time to time you may find it necessary to clean the screen of your Gascolator, this can be done in 1 of 2 ways. 1) You can gently blow the screen off with an air line. 2) Just wash the screen in fuel.
It is recommended that the screen is removed to do this. This is done by simply unscrewing the screen.

How often should the filter be changed?
There's no need to change the filter unless it gets damaged (dropped on the floor) otherwise it can be just cleaned and replaced
