As the 3/8" range, Andair currently manufacture 5 different types in the 1/2" range. Information on individual valves can be obtained by clicking on the images on the left. The FS25 range has been designed for 1/2" fuel lines and for engines up to 560 HP (50+GHP). The 5 types incorporate the simple ON / OFF shut off valve up to a 3 tank fuel selector with off.

As standard, these fuel selectors are supplied with a black anodised engraved fascia plate with a silver inscription. However different colours can be produced by contacting Andair.

Types

FS25x1 - ON/OFF Shut off Valve

FS25x2 - LEFT/RIGHT/OFF (90 degree action between left and right)

FS25x3 - LEFT/RIGHT/OFF (180 degree action between left and right)

FS25x4 - LEFT/BOTH/RIGHT/OFF (90 degrees between each selection)

FS25x5 - LEFT/MAIN/RIGHT/OFF (3 tank selector, 90 degrees between each selection)

All of Andair's FS25 range of Fuel Selectors conform to FAR 23.995, in particular subsection (g), which states that:

Fuel tank selector valves must--
(1) Require a separate and distinct action to place the selector in the "OFF" position; and
(2) Have the tank selector positions located in such a manner that it is impossible for the selector to pass through the "OFF" position when changing from one tank to another.
